Salesforce desires to carry its newest AI brokers into the arms of one billion people by the end of 2025 — with the assistance of 1,000 new salespeople added to its staff.

Benioff has been publicly differentiating Agentforce from competing choices in the marketplace, reminiscent of Microsoft’s Copilot.

Microsoft counts shoppers like Visa, BP, and Honda as some of its clients utilizing Copilot.
